Standard UK delivery - £5.90

For small items, our standard delivery service usually takes between 2-5 working days. Should you require something sooner please let us know and we will be able to accommodate. UK Medium / fragile Items - £10

These items usually include small tables, mirrors and other fragile items or heavy items. Delivery would normally take 3-5 working days, however some items may take a little longer, but you will be notified of any delays.

UK Heavy / fragile Items - £20

These items usually include small tables, mirrors and other fragile items or heavy items. Delivery would normally take 3-5 working days, however some items may take a little longer, but you will be notified of any delays.

UK Larger Heavy and fragile items - £45

These include larger, fragile tables, shelving units and large concrete planters. May take 7 to 14 working days for stock items. Some items may have a slightly longer delivery time. If an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately to advise.

We may have to contact you to request further payment depending on product and delivery location.

Deliveries are made from 7am until 7pm and may require a signature. Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

Please note: DECORUM does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage neighbour etc) we can not accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

Collect in store

Should you be lucky enough to live in or near Shoreditch or Crystal Palace or are passing through and would like to buy online and collect from one of our gorgeous shops, simply click 'collect in store' in the drop down options box, and if everything is in stock we will have them ready and waiting for you on the same day. For any reason the items are out of stock or on a slightly longer lead time we will notify you immediately.

If held items are not collected within the 3 months of ordering, (unless we have been notified) we will assume that you no longer wish to collect them and we will cancel your order and issue you a gift card for the exact amount of the goods paid.
